ABOUT SOUTH COAST FARMS CSA
South Coast Farms Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program was established in 2000 by farmers George and Rebecca. For those of you who are not familiar with the CSA concept we here at South Coast Farms like to describe it as a partnership between a food grower (us) and a food consumer (such as yourself)! Generally the partnership is between a local farm and a community of supporters that together wish to preserve the agricultural life and heritage of their community as well as guarantee for themselves a reliable, healthy and safe source of food. Our CSA members can choose to receive a boxt of seasonal produce once a week or bi-weekly.Your box consists on averages 16-18 items. PRICES FOR ONE 14 WEEK QUARTER:
·Bi Weekly, Every Other Week: $280.00 (7 baskets)· · Weekly: $560.00 (14 baskets)
Members may pick up the basket from the farm stand in Dana Point, in Capo Beach or South San Clemnte. Memberships are purchased for one quarter paid in advance. Memberships are renewed on a quarterly basis. New members can join our program at any time, and pay only for baskets left in the quarter.
Why is your support so important
As a small family farm we rely on direct sales to our customers.
Your choosing to support us is the best way to assure you have a family farm on your side who cares about putting delicious, nutrious food on your table every week.
