It all started with our search for healthy organic options to fill our protein cravings and needs. I grew up in a meat eating family. My dad and grandad both were involved all of their adult lives in the wholesale meat business. But I never thought we would be in that business, after all, I had been growing fruits and vegetables for most of my adult life. But we wanted to include some meat in our diets and when we were unable to find what we wanted we decided to grow our own. It just seemed logical.
