On our farm in Ashley, North Dakota we raise cattle  ethically and kindly, working with Nature to produce healthy, nutritious, delicious beef.  

Our beef is certified organic, raised on certified organic pastures and only fed the sweetest grasses, forbs and legumes.  Our cattle are never given antibiotics or growth hormones and are GMO free.

The beef we are offering this season was dry aged for 42 days. This lengthy day age process added on to  the grass fat cattle we raised has created a very, very tender meat full of great flavors.  It is truly gourmet quality food!
